 For my card I have used sticker number 4th topping on my cake, decorate with some flowers, rhinestone, bow, cut out Cake dies from Quickutz, sentiment from JustRite stamp and Number Collage Cuttlebug emboss folder.

  

My  background paper I made my self with pieces of papers using 5 sizes of circle punch , you can see it like below.

You can also created any shape whatever you like. I hope you are inspired with my creation.

For my card, I'm using Sweet Crazy Love Collection - Tilda Going Bananas from Magnolia and colored with my pebbles chalks, I think this colour is fun, I just added Quickutz BUTTERFLIES,12"  border die, bow, my handmade flowers, rhinestone, button, Spellbinders labels eighteen, Cuttlebug embossing folder - Musical flourish, sentiment from Whimsy stamp, MS butterfly punch, Magnolia Doohickey - Lovely Fence, wire stem beads, Distress Iink, net fabric and papers are from my stash.
